Buffalo Grove police responded about 4:59 p.m. Saturday to a report of found property — found illegal property — in the laundry room in the 0-99 block of Villa Verde Drive. Police received a report that a person found what appeared to be a bag of marijuana and a bag of cocaine in the laundry room common area of a condominium unit at about 4:55 p.m. Saturday, September 17, 2011.
The complainant reported finding a zip lock bag in the laundry room of the building. Officer checked the items in the bag and determined the bag contained 13 ½ grams of crack cocaine and 22 grams of Cannabis. The items were placed into evidence for destruction.
