PALATINE, IL – Senior citizens are cordially invited to join State Sen. Matt Murphy (R-Palatine) and Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan as they provide fraud prevention tips on September 21.
“I want to make sure that seniors are up-to-date on the technology and tools, that are needed to protect themselves from scam artists and identity theft,” Murphy said. “These tips are especially useful during these uncertain economic times.”
“Silver Beat” will be held at the Arlington Heights Senior Center on September 21 and will run from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. The center is located at 1801 W. Central Road, Arlington Heights.
