Arlington Heights police received a solicitor complaint about 7:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 2100 block of East Lilac Terrace. Police received a report that a female/Asian subject was asking too many questions. The subject was reported to be working for Spark Energy. The subject was wearing a white shirt and black pants.
Police also received a solicitor complaint concerning two men in suits in the Lake Arlington area on Charter Point.
