A woman walking her dog hear glass break and then saw two male/Hispanics run from a door they had just broken. Apparently the suspects did not gain entry to the multi-family residence in a Palatine neighborhood, just west of the intersection of Thomas and Wilke Road.

The two men jumped into a vehicle that was described as a dark-gray or black 4-door vehicle, possibly a 2005 Nissan

The men were described as two male Hispanics (1) had a mustache and was wearing a tanks top and blue jean shorts, and (2) a taller male/Hispanic wearing a dark-colored shirt.

  1. Kudos to Arlington Heights PD.

Coventry Park is just an inconvenience for Palatine P.D. My calls to Palatine PD in the past for various issues in Coventry Park have been addressed after about a 20 minute delay. I wish Arlington Heights would annex our inconvenient little detached corner of Palatine. Of course, Palatine P.D. does sit on Wilke and operate their Wilke Road speed trap dragnet at least 5 days a week without delay!
