Paul McCartney Show Sells Out in Minutes Monday, Second Show Added

Tickets for Paul McCartney’s concert at Wrigley Field sold out in minutes Monday morning. A second show on August 1 has been added.

McCartney’s first show at Wrigley Field will be July 31.

Paul McCartney announced toeay that he will play a Chicago concert July 31 at Wrigley Field — his first Chicago concert since 2005.

Tickets go on sale June 20, 2011.

McCartney’s band remains the same as it has for recent tours with keyboardist Paul “Wix” Wickens, guitarist Rusty Anderson, drummer Abe Laboriel Jr., and guitarist Brian Ray.

Saturday 16th July 2011 – Yankee Stadium, New York, USA
Sunday 24th July 2011 – Comerica Park, Detroit, USA

Sunday 1st August 2011 – Wrigley Field, Chicago, USA
Thursday 4th August 2011 – The Great American Ball Park, Cincinnati, USA
