Lutheran Home Resident Tries to Jump Out Window After Breaking it with Walker

Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 3:50 p.m. Saturday to a report of an agitated male that tried to jump out of a window at the Lutheran Home, 800 West Oakton Street. Police received a report that an 83-year-old male broke a window with his walker and then tried to jump out of that window. Staff members at Lutheran Home held him back.

No word on whether the man was transported to the hospital or held at the Lutheran Home.
