Luis Perez, 56, of Santa Ana, was arrest for suspicion of DUI after a 10:36 p.m. PT crash of his vehicle with a small aircraft parked in a tie-down area off of East Baker Street on the northwest side of John Wayne Airport in Irvine, California. During the crash one aircraft hit another, and one of the planes began to leak fuel. No fire was reported.
