Arlington Heights police received a report about 12:50 AM Sunday of a man with a gun at the Motel 6, at 441 West Algonquin Road. Police received a report from a guest at the Motel 6 that a man with a gun was seen near a door facing Arlington Heights Road.
The man with a gun was described as a male/white in his late 20’s or early 30’s wearing a white shirt with a red flannel shirt over the white shirt. He was also wearing a dark cap and gray pants. The male brandished a silver semi-automatic weapon.
He was seen on the east side of the building just after 12:45 a.m. Sunday. Police did not immediately see or have any contact with the suspect.
Arlington Heights police alerted area police departments to be on the lookout for the man fitting the description.
Arlington Heights police are investigating.

That Motel 6 is something! I’m surprised it still stayed in business. Who would go there anyway?! Sybaris is so much better…unless sometimes u can bring something from that place.
