Significant Criminal Damage to Residence on Tanglewood Dr 2:25 AM

Arlington Heights police responded about 2:25 AM Sunday to a report of criminal damage to property in the 500 block of West Tanglewood Drive. Police received a report that a resident heard two popping noises and glass breaking and went to his window and found the window broken.

Upon arrival and investigation of the property, police discovered that an unknown offender or offenders used small metal objects to cause the following damage: shattered living room picture window, shattered stained glass side door windows (2), torn front screen door, dented garage door, and dented the wood around the doors/windows. Additionally, the wiring for the motion lights was ripped out.

No word on any arrest or police contact with the offender or offenders.
