Police Activity, K-9 Search for Medical Emergency Involving a Threat on Stratford, Hintz, Old Buffalo Grove Rd

Arlington Heights police responded about 5:30 p.m. Sunday to a report that a man with a medical emergency also made threatening comments and fled from his home in the 2600 block of North Stratford when paramedics and police were called. The man is described as a male/white, 40-years-old, 5’11” 280 LBS, balding hair on top with a receding hairline, wearing a black leather jacket, a gray sweater and blue jeans. He may also have bruising on the left side of his lips.

The male was last seen in the area of Garden Fresh Produce, north of Hintz Road and east of Buffalo Grove Road. Police officers were advised to proceed with caution as the male is reported to be a former ‘Ultimate Fighter’ and a bodybuilder.

Buffalo Grove Police Department assisted with a K-9 unit near Garden Fresh Produce at Old Buffalo Grove Road and Hintz Road. Wheeling Police Department also assisted with the search.

As of 7:10 p.m. Sunday, the missing man was not wanted for any crime.
