Arlington Heights police responded about 12:40 PM Sunday 10/31/2010 to a report of a hit-and-run crash near Hintz and Windsor. The female driver of the vehicle left the scene where she hit a total of three vehicles. The offending vehicle is reported to be a blue Honda Civic or a Chevy with front end damage and rear end damage. Black paint transfer is possible in the front end damage and paint transfer in the rear-end damage. The vehicles hit included a black Ford Ranger, a red Toyota Camry, and a blue Chevy Avalanche.
Police caught up with the offender by telephone after she called in the crash. Arlington Heights police are investigating.
