Arlington Height police received a report about 2:20 a.m. Tuesday that there was a man with a gun — part of a group of four male/Hispanics that were threatening a guest at the Motel 6 at 441 West Algonquin Road. Four subjects were reported outside the man’s room on the first floor when police arrived. Police detained all subjects. The man with the gun was described as a male/Hispanic in his 20’s, wearing a blue and white (or gray) striped shirt
Unknown on number of arrests, but a DUI arrest was reported about 3:20 a.m. at the hotel. No word on confirmation of a gun.
