Arlington Heights police and Palatine police responded bout 6:30 a.m. Friday to a report of a teen carrying a five-inch knife on an expressway ramp. The subject was described as a male/black, 16 years-old, wearing a blue shirt and dark pants. Arlington Heights police and Palatine police caught up with him at Dundee and Baldwin. No word on any arrest.
