Arlington Heights police received a report about 3:35 p.m. Thursday that a victim of a bike theft was chasing the offender near Miner and Dryden. The offender was described as a 14 year-old male/white wearing a white sweatshirt, and riding a green bike. Apparently the offender went into an apartment building near Miner and Brighton.
