An Arlington Heights police official reported about 10:20 a.m. Thursday that he discovered a vehicle with a smashed window at the top level of the parking lot of the Evergreen Parking Garage at 155 East Eastman Street. Arlington Heights police investigated the unoccupied vehicle, legally parked for criminal damage to property or vehicle burglary.
