Arlington Heights police received a report about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2010 that a red Blackberry wireless phone was stolen from the XSPORT North locker room at 960 West Dundee Road.
Locker room thefts are common in almost all fitness center locker rooms. It is best practice to always lock your locker when you leave your articles unattended. It is best not to bring extremely valuable items to the locker room at all. If you bring items to the fitness center, it is best to hide them in a hip pack that you are wearing — that incudes your car keys and house keys and wallet.
