Commercial Burglary on South Arthur Avenue

Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:00 a.m. of a burglary to a commercial business using a storage facility in the 600 block of South Arthur Avenue. Unknown offender(s) cut a fence to enter the property, cut the lock on a storage trailer and took over $2,100 worth of tools and construction equipment, including saws, nail guns and miscellaneous tools.

The date and the time of the crime is reported to have occurred between Monday December 7th, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. and Tuesday, December 8th, 2009 at 7:30 a.m.

Two commercial locations have also been burglarized overnight near Campus Drive and University Drive in the past week.
