Arlington Heights police received a report about 1:00 p.m. that a male/Hispanic — wearing a tan jacket — fled on foot after crashing a Green Pontiac Grand Am into a fence in the 3300 block of North Carriageway. Arlington Heights police searching the area.
The offender that fled is also described about 5’8″ or 5 10″ wearing a dark or dark blue flannel shirt and blue jeans. The offender had slightly longer dark hair and was holding his arm as if he might have injured his arm.
