Suspicious Incident on South Chestnut Avenue

Arlington Heights police received a report about 3:00 a.m. that a person or a number of people were walking on the roof of a home in the 1100 block of South Chestnut Avenue. While police were on the way, the doorbell was also ringing at the home on Chestnut Avenue. Police arrived and were able sort out that residents at the house on Chestnut new the person that was at the door.

About one hour after the call for help from police from the people on Chestnut, one male was arrested and transported to Arlington Heights Police Department jail — charges unknown.
