The Arlington Heights Police Department recently arrested an Oak Lawn male suspect accused of theft of a credit card and completing an unauthorized charge on the credit card.




Thomas M. Parmelee, age 22, of the block of 4500 Rumsey Avenue in Oak Lawn, Illinois was accused of obtaining the credit card of a male victim in Arlington Heights at the Arlington Ridge Center (ARC), 660 North Ridge Avenue on October 22, 2025.

Thomas M. Parmelee is accused of charging less than $500 on the victim’s credit card.

Parmelee was arrested at his home at 9:27 a.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2026. He was cited and released. His first court hearing was Friday, April 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Cook County Circuit Court in Rolling Meadows.
