Police officers from Arlington Heights responded about 11:00 p.m. Monday, February 16, 2026 to a report of a domestic battery at Red Roof Inn, 22 West Algonquin Road in Arlington Heights.
Arlington Heights Police Department arrested Luis Enrique Maldonado at his home address of 22 West Algonquin Road in Arlington Heights. Maldonado was charged with Domestic Battery/Physical Contact. His Detention Hearing was Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Court Room 207 at Cook County Circuit Courthouse Rolling Meadows, and he was released.
