Victim reported an unknown subject threatened to beat her up and spray her with mace. The subject was described as a black female, approximately 40 years old, wearing a dark colored jogging suit, baseball cap, walking a German Shepherd.

Vehicle Gas Cap Tampering with Sticky Substance at The Residences at Arlington Heights
Victim reported he observed an unknown subject tampering with his gas tank. Upon inspection, the victim observed a dried sugary liquid substance on the gas cap and the rear passenger side quarter panel. The subject was described as tall and thin, and possibly left in a Dodge Charger.
