Police officers from Arlington Heights responded around 6:00 p.m. Monday, September 16, 2024 to a report of a disturbance at the Red Roof Inn motel Arlington Heights.
Upon arrival, Arlington Heights police officers determined that Cecelia Ivic knowingly damaged property of the Red Roof Inn by breaking a motel room window with a folding chair. The damage was estimated at $300.
The act of criminal damage to property was captured on video surveillance and archived for evidence.
Cecelia Ivic was arrested at 6:41 p.m. and charged with Criminal Damage to Property 720 5/21-1(a)(1) and Violation of Bail Bond 720 5/32-10.
Cecelia Ivic’s next court date is October 8, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. in Cook County Circuit Court Rolling Meadows Room 104. She is apparently released because there is no record of her being currently held in the Cook County Jail.
According to Cook County Circuit Court records, Cecelia Ivic failed to appear in court after a DUI arrest in Elk Grove Village in October 2023.
According to Cook County Circuit Court documents, Cecelia, while driving on Saturday, October 28, 2023 in Elk Grove Village, failed to maintain her lane, sped excessively, had a strong odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from her person, had glassy and bloodshot eyes, and showed indicators of impairment during a Standardized Field Sobriety Test by the Elk Grove Village Police Department.
Cecelia Ivic also, allegedly did not have her driver’s license with her when she was arrested suspected of DUI on Saturday, October 28, 2023.
