North Chicago police officers are investigating a report of shots fired in the block of 1100 Lincoln Street in North Chicago about 6:50 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2024.
A male driver of a white Kia Sportage was observed wearing a ski mask was seen flying shots into the air.
The same vehicle was also involved in a fleeing and eluding case Saturday night in Waukegan in the area of Belvidere Road and McAlister Avenue near Roosevelt Park about 7:04 p.m.
