Lake County Sheriff’s deputies responded about 3:04 a.m. Wednesday, December 20, 2023 to a report of a stolen pickup truck at an automotive strip mall at 7151 North Route 83 in Long Grove.
Reported stolen is an orange 2003 Ford F-250 with yellow lights on top. The truck has a rope holding the front bumper together with the truck, and a black rear bumper.
The pickup truck was last seen southbound on Route 21 from Route 45 near Vernon Hills and Lincolnshire.
Initially, no physical description of the offender or offenders was available.
