A Crystal Lake resident Efrain Lopez, age 48, was arrested on Thursday, December 15, 2022 by members of the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force. Efrain Lopez was positively identified as the offender who allegedly fatally stabbed a 26 year-old male victim on September 23, 2022 at 9:16 PM in the block of 3300 West North Ave. in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood.
Efrain Lopez, of the block of 400 Buckingham Drive in Crystal Lake, is in custody, charged with one felony count of first-degree murder.
