Large Fight Reported Near SeatGeek Stadium on South Harlem Ave Bridgeview

Bridgeview police at about 6:32 p.m. Sunday, September 25, 2022 requested emergency assistance from mutual aid police agencies for a very large fight at or near SeatGeek Stadium, 7000 South Harlem Avenue in Bridgeview. Police from Bridgeview reported about 2,000 people were fighting near the stadium, and update reported that fighting was concentrated near the Hampton Inn on the east side of the stadium.

Illinois State Police, Chicago police, and officers from several nearby suburbs responded to assist Bridgeview police officers.

The situation started to clear up at about 6:38 p.m., according Bridgeview police.

According to seatgeekstadium.com, no events were scheduled for Sunday, September 25, 2022.
