Propane Tank Fire in Front Yard at Fairview St Near Pine Ave, Arlington Heights

Police, firefighters, and paramedics from Arlington Heights responded about 3:32 p.m. Sunday, November 28, 2021 to a report of a propane tank fire in the block of 200 East Fairview Street in Arlington Heights.

Squad 1’s crew on arrival reported a propane tank was on fire in the front yard with no threat to any structure.

The fire was declared out by 3:36 p.m.




Most extra fire crews were returned by 3:38 p.m., except for crews from Squad 1, Tower 1 and Engine 3 working at the scene to secure and overhaul the scene.
