Vernon Hills police responded about 10:50 a.m. Monday, October 4, 2021 to a report of a retail theft at the T-Mobile store, 850 North Milwaukee Avenue in Vernon Hills.
Suspect #1 was described as a male/black, age 14-17, 6’0″ thin build, wearing a gray hoodie, a mask covering his face, dark gray sweatpants, and a backpack.
Suspect #2 was described as a male/black, age 14-17, 5’4″ thin build, wearing a tan hoodie, a dark mask covering his face, and dark sweatpants.
The suspects fled in a tan Scion, but the direction of travel was not initially indicated. Approximately $7,000 in phones and tablets were reported taken.
