Police, firefighters and paramedics from Libertyville and Countryside responded about 8:44 a.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2021 to a report of an attached garage fire, house fire in the block of 600 Dawes Street in Libertyville.
Police on scene reported a fire located at the rear wall of the garage next to a utility room.
The first fire crew on arrival reported light smoke showing from the garage. The fire was under control by about 8:55 a.m.
