Illinois State Police and firefighters and paramedics from Northbrook responded about 1:51 p.m. Saturday, May 22, 2021 to a report of a serious crash with an injured child on I-294 WEST (northbound) just north of Willow Road near Northbrook.
The crash was located near Mile Post 49.5 on a curve north of Willow Road.
Northbound traffic was backed up south of Willow Road at 2:00 p.m.
