Arlington Heights Village Manager Randy Recklaus has received a 5% raise following his annual performance review with the Arlington Heights Village Board.
The Recklaus pay increase was approved unanimously by the village board on December 7, 2020, and is retroactive to November 10, 2020 with a new annual salary of $234,332.
In 2018, the village board approved a four-year contract extension with Recklaus, keeping him as Village Manager of day-to-day operations for the Village of Arlington Heights until November 10, 2022.
