Police and firefighter/paramedics from Waukegan responded about 12:20 a.m. Saturday, November 7, 2020 to a report that a person was shot near R&D Food and Liquor store at 1026 10th Street in Waukegan.
One person was transported to a hospital with a graze wound. Initially their condition was not released.
