Three Hurt in 5-Vehicle Crash at Lake Cook Rd and Ridge Ave in Arlington Heights

Police and firefighter/paramedics from Arlington Heights responded about 1:05 p.m. Saturday June 6, 2020 to a report of a crash with injuries involving three vehicles at Lake Cook Road and Ridge Avenue.

Engine 4’s crew on arrival reported five vehicles involved in the crash with moderate damage, and westbound Lake Cook Road completely shut down.

Two adults and a child were injured in the crash. Three ambulances were dispatched to the scene.

An injury crash also occurred about 1:11 p.m. on northbound Route 53 Spur near Lake Cook Road near the westbound exit ramp.
