City of Chicago will suspend debt collection, ticketing and impounding practice until at least April 30, 2020. Suspending booting of cars, late fees and default on payment plans for all city debt, including parking tickets, red light violations, and utility bills.

The Chicago administrative court is continuing all court dates until at least April 30, 2020 without any interest penalties.

No city debt checks will be checked for rideshare and taxi drivers

Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart is delaying of enforcement of all eviction orders until at least April 30, 2020.

The City of Chicago limiting towing and parking enforcement to public safety issues.

Steps were taken to stop water disconnections in Chicago and suburbs for lack of payment.
