1 Men, 3 Boys Shot
Police said two men walked into the barbershop on Pulaski Road, looked around, and then left and fired guns through the door. CBS 2’s Charlie De Mar reports.
Police and firefighter/paramedics from Chicago responded about 6:18 p.m. Thursday, January 16, 2020 to a report of multiple people shot at 234 Pulaski Road (just south of Maypole Avenue). Early report indicates that an 11 year-old as shot with two other children and two male adults in 30s and 40s. The shooting possibly occurred at a barber shop, ‘Gotcha Faded’ (Yelp: Gotcha Faded).
Engine 95’s crew on arrival reported five people were shot and requested an EMS Plan 1 at 6:21 p.m.
Three pediatric patients were transported Code Red to Stroger Cook County Hospital, one adult patient was transported Code Yellow to Mount Sinai Hospital. One patient self-transported to Rush University Medical Center.
