ComEd crews responded about 12:30 p.m. Thursday January 23, 2020 to a report of a power outage with power lines down in a backyard on Frederick Street just west of Douglas Avenue in Arlington Heights.

ComEd reported that power lines were down, and initially estimated power would be restored at 2:30 p.m. The updated estimate for power restoration was pushed back to 3:15 p.m. and then 4:30 p.m. Power was restored at 3:39 p.m. ComEd frequently restores power within the estimated restoration time.

Initially about 122 ComEd customers lost power. Later in the afternoon 112 customers were without power before power was completely restored.

At least five ComEd trucks were on the scene with crews working.
