Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:01 PM Saturday October 26, 2019 of a wallet theft at Marshalls, 310 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that two unknown female offenders unlawfully took the victim’s wallet from the victim’s purse while the purse was inside a shopping cart.
Offender #1 was described as a female/black, approximately 50 years-old, wearing a chin length black wig.
Offender #2 was described as a female/black, approximately 20 years-old with a pony tail and wearing a light green jacket.
The second offender distracted the victim while the first offender unlawfully took the victim’s wallet from the victim’s purse. The credit card contained in the wallet was later used fraudulently.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Saturday, October 26, 2019 between 7:40 PM and 8:00 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:20 (hours: minutes).
