Cook County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public’s Help Locating Domestic Aggravated Battery Suspect in Elk Grove Township Incident

Cook County Sheriff Thomas J. Dart is asking for the public’s help in locating a male suspect from unincorporated Elk Grove Township wanted for aggravated battery.

An arrest warrant was issued October 7, 2019 for fugitive Jose A. Garcia-Rumualdo, 27, related to a domestic incident.

Jose A. Garcia-Rumualdo is described as approximately 5’4” tall, 155 LBS, with short or close-shaved black or dark brown hair. Garcia-Rumualdo’s last known address is in the block of 500 Touhy Avenue in unincorporated Des Plaines. He is believed to have ties to Texas and California, according to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to call 911 or Cook County Sheriff’s Police at 847-635-1188 or dial 911, especially in the case of a real-time sighting of Jose A. Garcia-Rumualdo.
