Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 10:07 PM Monday September 16, 2019 to a hit-and-run crash with personal injury at 2338 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that a bicyclist was hit by a car, and that the driver of the car left the scene. The bicyclist was standing with his bike after the crash.
