Driver of White Van with Comcast Sign Wanted for Investigation of Leaving the Scene After Pedestrian Hit at Rollins Rd and Lotus Dr, Round Lake Heights

Round Lake Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 8:32 PM Saturday May 18, 2019 to a hit-and-run vehicle vs pedestrian crash with personal injury at Rollins Road and Lotus Drive Round Lake Heights, IL. Police received a report that a pedestrian was hit by a white work van. The driver is wanted for leaving the scene of a hit-and-run vehicle vs pedestrian incident.

The vehicle was described as a white work van with front end damage with a sign that displayed Comcast on the side and an orange cone on top of the van.

The vehicle was last seen northbound on Wilson Road in the area of Route 59, just south of Ingleside Shore between Long Lake and Fox Lake.

The incident was also reported on Waze, and traffic may be delayed in the area for investigation at the scene.
