Highland Park police responded about 12:03 AM Monday April 1, 2019 to an armed robbery at the Shell gas station, 1411 Park Avenue West Highland Park, IL. Police received a report that an armed male offender attempted to rob the Shell gas station at the northeast corner of Park Ave West and US 41 (Skokie Highway).
The suspect was described as a male/white 5’5″ regular building wearing black sunglasses, white gloves, a black Chicago Blackhawks hoodie and black sweatpants.
The offender displayed a silver handgun and was last seen eastbound on foot from the scene.
The crime is reported to have occurred at 12:03 a.m.
