Stranger “Insinuated” He Would Kill Victims on Bloomington Ave Near Lake Cook Rd, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 12:16 AM Saturday March 16, 2019 to a report of a threatening male in the block of 4200 North Bloomington Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender approached the victims outside their apartment and insinuated he was going to kill them. The victims were able to separate themselves from the offender and enter their apartment without further issue.

The offender was described as a male/white wearing dark clothing.

The crime is reported to have occurred between Friday, March 15, 2019 at 11:30 PM and Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 12:15 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:45 (hours: minutes).
