Hoffman Estates police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 8:07 p.m. Friday, January 25, 2018 to a report of a stabbing in the block of 1800 Marquette Lane. A victim was reported to have been stabbed twice in a townhouse neighborhood just north of Higgins Road. There was no outside crime scene visible in the area, and no crime scene tape was set up in the front yard where police were located.
