4 Hurt in Police-Involved Crash at Elmhurst Rd and Millers Rd, Mt Prospect, Des Plaines

Mount Prospect and Des Plaines police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 8:44 PM Thursday January 31, 2019 to a report of a 3-vehicle crash with injuries involving a police SUV at Elmhurst Road and Millers Road Mount Prospect, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics responded to a crash involving a Mount Prospect Police Department SUV and two passenger cars.

The police SUV received heavy front-end damage and one passenger sedan received driver-side damage, and one passenger sedan received heavy front-end damage.

The police SUV was a black vehicle with dark lettering that is more visible when light is shined on the lettering.

A second ambulance was requested by 8:47 p.m. A third and fourth ambulance were requested by 8:48 p.m. At least four people were possibly hurt.
