Arlington Heights police responded about 7:41 AM Tuesday October 30, 2018 to a report that the Union Pacific railroad gates were malfunctioning at Northwest Highway and Vail Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police on the scene that the railroad gate was struck by an unknown vehicle and that the gates were stuck in an up position.
Northbound Vail Avenue is affected by traffic congestion.
