Mount Prospect police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 10:42 AM Tuesday July 17, 2018 to a report of a semi-trailer truck striking and bringing down overhead power and/or data lines near LA Fitness, Mount Prospect Plaza and Central Road Mount Prospect, Il. Firefighters from Tower Ladder 13’s crew confirmed that power lines were hit, and requested that ComEd respond to the scene.
As of 11:10 a.m. Com Ed did not report any customers without power near Central Road and Mount Prospect Plaza.
