A man and child crossing Touhy Avenue between St. Louis Avenue and Lawndsale was struck by a motorcycle Friday night.
Lincolnwood police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 6:30 p.m. Friday July 27, 2018 to West Touhy Avenue and St. Louis Avenue to a report of Man and a child hit by a motorcycle.
A 3-year-old girl was transported to Level I Trauma Center Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, where she was listed in critical condition. The male pedestrian, whose age was not initially available, was treated and released from a local hospital, according to police.
The man and girl live in Evanston, police said. An earlier report stated the injured child was a male.
The motorcyclist, who is from Orlando, Florida is facing pending charges.
