The fitness facility at The Residences at Arlington Heights apartment complex was recently featured on “Facility Friday” on the official Twitter account for fitness equipment manufacturer Life Fitness, based in Rosemont. Judging just from the fitness center photos, somebody used some good design skills.
SYNRGY360 from Life Fitness is designed for dynamic small group training, one-on-one personal training, and for individual exercisers. The fitness center also features Life Fitness treadmills and stationary cycles, some selectorized machines, and free weights.
Los Angeles investment firm JRK Property Holdings acquired Tanglewood Apartments in 2014 for $78 million, and re-named the 838-unit property at 2134 South Goebbert Road. The property was previously owned by Principal Life Insurance Co. in Des Moines.
The apartment complex boasts a Gameroom with a 2-Lane Bowling Alley and a 2-Floor 24-hour Fitness Center.
On Monday April 23, 2018 the apartment complex had 17 reviews that averaged 2 stars out of 5 on Yelp with below average review dates ranging from 2015 to 2018.
Life Fitness is owned by Brunswick Corporation (BC 58.99 on April 23 2018). Life Fitness holds brand names Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Cybex, Indoor Cycling Group, SCIFIT, and InMovement (treadmill desks and variable elevated workspace desktops).
