State of the Union 2018: President Donald Trump Deliver First State of the Union January 30, 2018

The president is expected to discuss healthcare, immigration and the economy when he addresses a joint session of congress.

The 2018 State of the Union Address will be given by the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at 8:00 p.m. CST in the chamber of the United States House of Representatives. The State of the Union (SOTU) will be addressed to the 115th United States Congress, and will be Trump’s first State of the Union Address and his second speech to a joint session of the United States Congress.

U.S. Representative Joe Kennedy III and Virginia Delegate Elizabeth Guzmán will be giving the Democratic Party’s response in English and Spanish respectively.
